The questions that come in most often, answered in the order people ask them.

  • How do I know which pads fit my unit?

    Look at the end of the lead wire, not at the unit. A thin metal post that slides into a sleeve on the pad tail is a pin connection. A raised metal button that presses into a cup on the back of the pad is a snap. A flat contact that clicks and holds itself in place is magnetic. Those three do not cross over.

    Once you know the connector, the fit pages narrow it further by unit family, and every pack repeats its own fit line on the page.

  • Can I use your pads with a unit from another maker?

    Often yes, because the pin and snap connections are common shapes rather than something any one maker owns. The fit pages name the unit families we have checked against. If yours is not named there, compare the connector shape first.

  • How many uses does a pack give me?

    It depends more on storage than on the pad. Gel that goes back onto its plastic liner after every use and lives in a drawer keeps its tack far longer than gel left face up on a table. Lint is the usual killer, and it is picked up in the open air rather than in use.

  • A pad has stopped holding. Is it done?

    Not always. Edges lift before the middle does, and a pad that curls at one corner often flattens again after a night pressed back on its liner. When the gel has gone cloudy and dull across the whole face, that pack has run its course.

  • Do the packs include lead wires?

    The unit kits do. Pad packs are pads, liners and the packet they come in, because most people restocking pads already have wires that work. When a wire has gone stiff or lost a pin, replace the wire and the pads in the same order.

  • Where do I place a pad?

    That question belongs to the paperwork that came in the box with your unit, and to whoever advised you to use one. We make the hardware and we do not give guidance of that kind on this site.

  • Who handles the order itself?

    The retail partner whose listing the buy buttons open. Payment, packing, delivery dates and swaps all sit with them, and their order page is where the answers are.
