What we can answer

Fit questions are the ones we are good at. If you can tell us what the end of your lead wire looks like, or name the unit it came with, we can tell you which of our packs plugs into it. A photo of the wire tip answers it faster than a paragraph.

We can also answer questions about pack contents, pad shapes and how many pieces come in a box, since we put them in there.

What has to go to the listing

An order that has not arrived, a charge you do not recognise, a parcel opened and wrong, a swap you want to start: none of that runs through us. The retail partner holds the order record, and they are the only ones who can act on it. Writing to us first only adds a day.

By mail

Written mail reaches the same room: 1206 S 40th Ave, Suite 8, Yakima, WA 98908. That is a desk, not a shop floor. Nothing is on display, there is nothing to try on, and a pack sent back to that door will not reach the retail partner who filled the order.

Email is faster and it is where we watch: [email protected]. One of us reads it on working days.
