What shipping looks like from here

Every pack on this site is filled by a retail partner, so the parcel and its dates are theirs. Here is what that means in practice.

The order does not start here

This site has no basket. A buy button opens the listing where the pack is sold, and from that point the order belongs to the retail partner: payment, packing, the label, the tracking number and the delivery estimate.

We do not see that record and cannot change it. Nothing on this page should be read as a delivery promise from us, because we are not the ones carrying the box.

Where the real dates live

The listing shows a date range before you order and a tracking link afterwards. Both move with your address and with what is on the shelf that day, which is exactly why we do not copy them onto this site. A number printed here would be out of date by the time you read it.

  • Delivery window: shown on the listing at checkout, not here.
  • Charges and any thresholds: set by the retail partner, on their terms.
  • Tracking: in your order record with them.
  • A parcel that has not arrived: their support, not ours.

What travels well

Pads arrive flat on their liners inside a sealed packet, and they are happiest if they stay that way until you need them. If a parcel has sat in a hot car or a freezing porch for a day, let the packet come back to room temperature before you open it. Gel handled warm smears, gel handled cold cracks at the edge.

Units travel in a case with the wires coiled. Keep the case: it is the storage that keeps a wire from being bent against a drawer edge.

If something is wrong in the box

Missing pieces, a torn packet or the wrong pack entirely are all order problems, and the listing is where they get fixed. Tell us too if the pack was cut wrong, because that is a fault at our end and we want to know which batch it came from.
